Cancellation and return policy

Return Policy

To provide you hassle free returns. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You should initiate the refund process with 15 days of receiving the item, in case 15 days lapse due to our consideration of return, dialogue and delay due to courier etc, the returns do hold good.

Owing to restrictions related to our logistic partners, currently we do not offer pick up of items for return.  Therefore it is your responsibility to ship the items for return at your own cost.

Return terms and conditions

  1. Items that are damaged or has manufacturing defect.
  2. Wrong shipment – items that are shipped differently to you and do not match the order (in this particular case your shipping cost will be refunded)
  3. Though our effort is to provide all the relevant images and information for the product we may miss some features / aspect which may be crucial to your purchase. In such cases you will be eligible for return (subject to our approval)
  4. In case the product do not perform as expected (subject to our approval)

Items eligibility for return

  1. Items should be returned in original packaging as far as possible. In case of wrong shipment the packaging should not be opened / used to allow refund/return
  2. All the items for which there is no way to check whether the item is new or partly used (for example, pen, markers, books, software downloads etc. ) the sale will be considered final and no refund or exchange will be allowed 

Refund process

  1. Contact our support team at , clearly mentioning the purchase order no, date and details of the item to be returned
  2. If possible please include product photos of the defect or the problem for which you want to initiate return
  3. You will receive confirmation call / mail from our sales team for the acceptance / non –acceptance of the return
  4. Ship the  product to our Design Skillset, no 49, lakshminaryanpura, Vaikuntham layout, kundanhalli gate, Bangalore 560037
  5. We will initiate refund /exchange within 2 working days after receiving the item

Cancellation of your order

you can always cancel the order if you change your mind after making purchase. Please note that your cancellation request for full refund should come to us before the items are dispatched. In case we receive your cancellation request after the after the dispatch but before you receive the item, simply refuse the item delivery. Once we receive the items from our courier partners we will process refund of your item.

Shipping and delivery policy


Shipping of your order is acted upon after we receive your order. Our normal processing time for dispatch is 2 days. Most of the time your dispatch will happen within 24 hours (barring weekends). In certain conditions like sale, high volume season we may require up to 5 days to dispatch your items.

Though most of our order will reach within 2-7 days of your placing order on us, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may take up to 3 weeks to reach you. We will put our best effort to resolve the issue from the day we receive your complaint about delayed shipment. In case you would like to get refund because of the delay in delivery, please note that we will be able to issue refund only after we receive the items back

Orders received on Saturday will be fulfilled on coming Monday

Shipping partners

Shipping of your items is currently outsourced to our logistic partners like professional, DHL, FedEX etc. we reserve the right to choose the shipping method and logistic partner based on location, delivery time which is best suited in the interest of our us as well as you. Although you may suggest your preferred partner for shipping, final right of choice will remain with us.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges will be levied for delivery of the item to you. These charges can be revised from time to time and we are not required to inform you (users) regarding the same beforehand. No discussion on shipping charges will be entertained.

Shipping charges will be based on the weight or the volumetric weight of the item

Free shipping

From time to time we may introduce free shipping schemes / based on purchase volume etc. Right to choose the shipping partner in such cases will lie with us.

Damaged package

Please check for any damage/signs of pilferage / package resealing before accepting the package. In case you suspect the same, DO NOT accept the shipment. We will reship the entire order once you inform the same to us.


Delivery can be done to the shipping address provided during the purchase of the item. In case you would like to change the address of delivery after you have made purchase (and before dispatch) please send mail from your registered email address informing us the same.

Cash on delivery

Extra charges may apply for cash on delivery shipping

Cash on delivery services do not entitle you return of the items at delivery. COD shipments packaging can only be opened once the cash is handed over to our logistic partners

Refund policy

In order to provide hassle free service we offer  ‘no question asked’ full refund in case of following situation / condition

  1. Item is returned in unused condition with all the packaging, tags, barcodes included (as far as possible). In case of return our intention is to resell the items and we urge you to apply your own judgement whether you will like to buy the item as new in the condition you are sending us. In case the answer is ‘Yes’ , mostly we will agree to the same
  2. We receive the items for which you claim the refund within 15 days of your fulfilment date (date on which you received the item). In case of delay we will need convincing reasons for the same before we can issue refund
  3. In case you have received items different from your original order and you are not ready for exchange
  4. You have full right to refuse the delivery of item in case there is extreme delay in the arrival of shipment to you. Full refund shall be issued to you

Refund Method

After the approval of your request for refund, the refund will be issued through our payment processors to your credit card or debit card or the original method of payment. It may take up to 3 weeks for amount to reflect in your bank account /credit card

COD refund

In case your payment method of purchase is ‘cash on delivery’ (COD). A crossed cheque from Design skillset will be sent to the address marked while making the payment. Please note that COD cheque payment will be only possible to the original buyer as per the purchase invoice and will be offered only by cheques and by no other means (Cash, demand draft. Etc)

Items eligible for refund

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refund. Items purchased during sale or at special discounted price / Clarence (apart from the volume discount) are not eligible for refund

Gift items

In case you have received items as gift then you will not be issued any refund or exchange. However original buyer will be treated as the regular buyer and the refund policies apply to him as usual.
