Free shipping

Starting Feb 2015, free shipping has been withdrawn. The choice of the carrier/logistic partner for free shipping will lie with us and no request for expedited shipping/change will be entertained (without additional cost payment)

Shipping Charges: 
The charges are weight based on the final shipping are applied as per GROSS PACKAGE WEIGHT (and not on product weight)

COD charges: currently fixed  (above shipping cost) per shipment (this cost will be charged even if your shipment qualifies for free shipping)

COD Areas: Cash on delivery is currently not available in Bihar, Jharkhand, UP, AP, North eastern states and J&K due to restricted service from our logistic partner.

Order processing / dispatch time : 24 to 48 hrs 

Dispatch Notification: will be sent witin 24 hours (generally within 4 hrs)  of dispatch to registerd e-mail address along with tracking no. you should recieve the tracking by 7.30 pm same day or next day or your order (except holidays)

Delivery time (use this as referance - in case more then 2 days delay than the referance time kindly contac us)

Bangalore: 2nd day from dispatch

South zone: 3rd - 4th day (additional day for outside city limits PIN code)

West and North: 4th - 5th day from dispatch

J&K & NE states - 6th - 8th day from dispatch
